On 14th January 2018, around 3 am my dad started complaining of a severe chest pain. The need of the hour was to reach the nearest hospital and so I used the Hospital Locator feature in the McXtra app. Luckily I had shared my family’s health policies on McXtra and so it showed the nearest cashless hospitals and guided me till there via maps. On reaching the hospital, the doctor informed that my dad was in the grey-zone of a cardiac arrest and we had reached just on time. McXtra also assisted in post hospitalization formalities.
